Stephanie Lynch
Primary Grades Specialist
Stephanie Lynch grew up in the scenic town of Fayetteville, Arkansas, where a deep appreciation for nature took root early in her life. Surrounded by trails, trees, and the Ozark landscape, she developed a lifelong love for the outdoors. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Arkansas majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics. Though her early career focused on health and wellness, her vision for blending academics, well-being, and outdoor learning led her to discover a passion for education and ultimately pursue teaching full-time.
With six years of teaching experience, Stephanie brings strong classroom expertise and a passion for student growth. She began her journey as a student teacher and now mentors student teachers herself. She has taught Kindergarten and First Grade, developing a deep understanding of the foundational skills that young learners need to thrive. As she steps into Second Grade, Stephanie is excited to build on those early building blocks to challenge and support students as they reach for their next academic milestones.
Stephanie is now excited to merge high academic expectations with the benefits of outdoor learning—creating space for curiosity, connection, and deeper understanding beyond the walls of a traditional classroom.
